Using a process of “thinking back from the future” to determine the various areas of the (un)known (un)known, you can create the future you prefer and unlock the potential in exploring the right future you can envisage. This process of creating “memories from the future” is incredibly powerful and used by companies such as Google, Amazon and Apple where they have used it to determine latent customer needs before the rest of the market.
This workshop will cover the following topics:
  • Understanding how to determine potential futures to create strategies
  • Backcasting as a new method for planning
  • Understanding the nature of indeterministic futures
  • Recognising corporate biases
  • Determining the three key areas to create a future fit.
